Deliveries: We are currently working to 15 working days lead time, as can be seen on the individual product pages. Due to the closing of all physical stores, deliveries from online stores are very busy for carriers. Currently, orders are being delivered on time, but if you don’t receive your goods when you expect, please allow an additional day before getting in contact to let us know.
Please do not contact us regarding an ETA for your order unless your order is already overdue. Our team is working hard to get orders out as quickly as we possibly can and we are not able to guarantee any delivery dates quicker than the delivery timescales at this time.

Larger liners or orders may be despatched on a pallet service and in most situations on a vehicle with offload facilities. However, if access to your property is limited you may need to organise offload facilities yourself. For liners that require to be sent via a pallet service, we reserve the right to charge you a surcharge for delivery dependant on the cost of sending the pallet. We will always contact you prior to processing your order with the cost and you can choose whether to continue with the order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?
If you are not present a card will be left to advise you of the attempted delivery; please follow the instructions on the card to organise re-delivery. Our carrier will attempt to deliver each item three times after which the goods will be returned to AquaLiners Direct. There will be a further cost for us to organise another delivery.
