Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your order or simply change your mind, you can return your order to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order in respect of made-to-measure/order goods (e.g. box welded liners and cut sizes) unless they are faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly manufactured.


RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Please contact us at info@aqualinersdirect.co.uk to notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
  2. You will need to return the goods to us within 14 days of notification.
  3. Once we have received the goods, and subject to the below returns policy, we will credit the payment method within 14 days. Please note; we cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.


RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Whilst the goods are in your possession (up to the point goods are safely delivered back to us), you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Items must be returned to us unopened in the original packaging, not damaged, accompanied by all instructions, warranty card and documents provided by us, and our labels still attached. You will be liable for the shipping cost of returning the goods, which will not be refunded by us. We strongly recommend you fully insure any package you are returning to us as we cannot accept any liability for it being lost or damaged in transit.

We reserve the right to inspect all goods that are returned. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods (including up to the point they arrive safely back to us), we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss. In the event of substantial damage caused to the product we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.


PROOF OF PURCHASE

No refund or exchange will be given without a proof of purchase.


RETURNS OUTSIDE OF CANCELLATION PERIOD

If you return goods to us outside of the cancellation period (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full.

We may instead return the goods to you. Prior to return, we will charge you the redelivery fee applicable to your goods and location.


FAULTY GOODS

Any goods that arrive in a damaged state must be returned to us for inspection. You must notify us within 7 days of such damage otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

In the unlikely event of a failure, AquaLiners Direct will repair or replace the goods free of charge provided the goods have not, in our opinion been subject to misuse, abuse or neglect. The guarantee excludes, amongst others: puncturing by plants and animals; exposure to materials, harmful chemicals and temperatures; mechanical abuse by machinery, equipment, animals or people; excessive stretching, pressures or stresses; natural disasters; acts of God and any form of unusual circumstances, negligence or abuse.

The company will not be liable for any removal, installation, carriage costs or consequential damages or any costs which may occur as a result of the failure. AquaLiners Direct total liability will be limited to the Price paid for the Goods in question and we will not be liable for any consequential losses or associated costs.

To make a claim, please complete the details on the warranty card supplied with your goods and send it together with your original purchase receipt and faulty goods to AquaLiners Direct, Hawthorn Works, Corsham, Wiltshire, SN13 9RD. The guarantee is non-transferable. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This policy is affective 01/08/2016. AquaLiners Direct may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to be aware of any updates.
